Job summary

Faulkton Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate clinical team in Faulkton, SD. The LPN will provide skilled nursing care, lead the nursing team, and support residents with dignity and respect.

Starting pay is $26/hr, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, plus benefits and a rotating schedule including every other weekend/holiday. Full-time and part-time options are available, with mileage reimbursement for those working at both Faulkton and

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Charge Nurse, you will provide nursing leadership to the clinical team assigned to one or more units, and directing the overall operations of the clinical team to ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility.
• Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC).
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
