Job summary

SMP Health – St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South in Fargo, ND is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our teams. Lead care teams, coordinate resident care, and positively impact health, safety and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, med administration, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Excellent communication, empathy, and EMR use are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Dakota.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead and support a care team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Comfortable using electronic medical record systems.

• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on the unit.

SMP Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our teams at St. Catherine North or St. Catherine South. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership, coordinate resident care, and support positive outcomes for the residents we serve.

Pay & Benefits

$38.00 – $42.00 per hour

Plus shift differentials:

• $3.00/hour PM shift differential
• $4.00/hour NOC shift differential

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Day, evening, and night shifts available
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
