Job summary

Arlington Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center in Birmingham, AL is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. We offer opportunities in both long-term and short-term care with a strong focus on rehabilitation services.

We are seeking compassionate RNs who hold Alabama licensure and have solid nursing knowledge, excellent communication, and a positive attitude when caring for elderly patients with complex needs. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the state of Alabama.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfortable communicating with elderly patients with multiple care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and clinical assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments and monitor patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and care teams to develop care plans.
• Document care activities and ensure accurate charting and compliance.
