Bellway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Selma, AL is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

The role requires an active RN license in Alabama, with preferred experience in long-term care. Strong clinical skills and teamwork are essential, and weekend/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

Bellway Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team in Selma, Alabama.In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

RN Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN)license in Alabama
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
