Job summary

Colonial Manor of Elma is seeking a nurse to join our friendly, caring team in a PRN role. The position covers 6a–6p shifts and can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis.

You will manage the operations of your assigned unit, supervise clinical staff, provide guidance and education, foster a positive and inclusive culture, maintain infection prevention practices, and ensure adequate staffing for residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered State of Iowa RN license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

• Oversee assigned unit operations and ensure high standard of resident care.
• Supervise clinical staff and maintain infection prevention practices, ensuring adequate staffing.
