Job summary

Colonial Manor of Elma is seeking a dedicated staff nurse to join our friendly team in a 6a-6p schedule, FT or PT. You will play a key role in supervising clinical staff on your unit and ensuring residents receive high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in Iowa or compact state is required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Colonial Manor of Elma by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa(or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
