As a Registered Nurse, you'll be an important part of our clinical team and help ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.
Responsibilities include:
Assess residents' clinical needs and assist in developing and implementing individualized plans of care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards
Monitor residents for changes in condition and ensure appropriate interventions and notifications are completed
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the interdisciplinary team
Provide education and support to residents and their families
Supervise and provide clinical guidance to LPNs, STNAs, and other nursing team members as appropriate
Complete accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
Participate in admissions, discharges, care planning, and changes in resident condition
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements
Promote a positive, respectful, and team-focused environment
Participate in continuing education and professional development
Perform other nursing duties as assigned
Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a related healthcare setting preferred
Newer nurses with a strong desire to grow in long-term care are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
