Aspire Senior Living New Florence, a premier provider of personal care services, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our New Florence, Missouri community. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and contribute to care planning in a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state Missouri.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, particularly in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or geriatrics.
• New graduate RNs may be considered based on community needs and applicable requirements.
• Strong nursing assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of geriatric nursing, chronic disease management, medication administration, and resident care practices.
• Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to changes in resident condition.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide clinical direction and support to nursing team members.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and effectively manage time in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will be responsible for:
