Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is hiring Registered Nurses in Duluth, Minnesota. You will care for patients in clinics, nursing homes, hospitals and schools, working with a team to monitor conditions, document assessments and carry out physician orders.

The role offers flexible scheduling, full-time opportunities, 12-hour shift options, and options for per diem and contract assignments, with weekly payroll and benefits. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license in Minnesota.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a medical facility.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with illnesses, injuries and diseases in a variety of facilities (clinics, nursing homes, hospitals).
• Collaborate with physicians and supervise LPNs, CNAs and aides.
• Assess patients, document conditions and report changes to physicians.
• Interpret and carry out physician orders accurately.
• Administer medications and operate medical equipment while maintaining a safe environment.

As a Registered Nurse, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities such as clinics, medical offices, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals and schools
• Work with a team of physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs and aides providing patient care
