Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care. You will deliver skilled nursing for high-acuity patients in the home, using clinical judgment with support as needed.

You’ll foster strong relationships with the child and family while maintaining safety and quality care. This role emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and the ability to work in a calm, controlled environment with clinical support when required.

Qualifications

• Valid Delaware RN License or Multistate License
• Physical within one year
• PPD or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person)
• Valid driver’s license
• G-tube/trach/vent experience or willing to train

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health care.
• Deliver skilled nursing with autonomy and clinical judgment.
• Build consistent relationships with child and family.
• Follow clear care plans and physician orders; ensure client safety.
