Care Options For Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health care in York County, PA. This role involves providing direct, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs. The RN will focus on building strong relationships with patients and their families in a supportive environment. Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania RN License or Multistate License required.
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF) needed.
• BLS CPR card must be obtained in person.
• Experience with G-tubes, trachs, or vents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care.
• Build consistent relationships with high acuity pediatric patients and their families.
• Utilize clinical judgment and provide skilled nursing.

Requirements
