Job summary

Pioneer Care and Rehabilitation is an 87-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Dillon, MT. We are seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time or part-time roles with 12-hour shifts (6a–6p, 6p–6a).

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available and mileage assistance is provided for relocation as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining resident care in a safe environment, creating and updating nursing care plans, and coordinating with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Ability to work in a 87-bed skilled nursing facility.
• Good communication and teamwork with physicians, therapists, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with the care team.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.
• Record medication administration accurately.
• Supervise staff to follow safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Pioneer Care and Rehabilitation is an 87-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in beautiful Dillon, MT.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants

• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care

• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team

• Records the administration of medication

• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility

• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies

• Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

• An active RN license.

Compensation Details:

• Job Type:Full-time and Part-time

• Shift: 12 hours shift, 6a-6p, 6p-6a

• Pay Range:$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
