Position Overview:

As an RN Registered Nurse, you will oversee patient care, administer treatments, and ensure residents' health and well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

RN Job Requirements:

• Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
• Active, unrestricted RN license in New Hampshire
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Monitor residents' health, notify physicians and families of changes, document accordingly
• Administer medications and treatments, observe for adverse effects
• Perform wound care, IV administration, tube feedings, and other direct care tasks

• Update care plans, participate in care conferences, ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate medical records and confidentiality
