PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide compassionate, in-home care to our clients.

We offer competitive per-visit wages ranging from $40 to $105 based on visit type, with a focus on autonomy, lower stress, and patient-centered care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/ or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

This is a paid per visit position - Rates range from $40 - $105 based on type of visit
