Job summary

Magnolia Post Acute in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our long-term care team. The position offers hourly pay ranging from $40 to $47, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, PTO and sick time, and daily pay options.

Shifts available include 3:00pm–11:00pm, FT or PT, with shift differentials offered. We provide a supportive, team-focused environment with consistent schedules and leadership that values nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required).
• New grads welcome – training and orientation provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards.
