• Direct and supervise the implementation of the resident care plan.
• Coordinate and supervise all services on assigned units to create a comfortable, homelike atmosphere for residents.
• Round on units during your shift, check in with staff and residents, greet new admissions.
• Assist in creating a team‑oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.
• Provide support and direction for nurses.
