Freedom Village Brandywine, managed by Life Care Services (LCS), seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff, oversee medications and documentation, and ensure safe, high-quality resident care on your shift.

Requires PA RN license, supervisory experience, and at least 1 year in geriatric LTC. Competitive hourly pay with weekday evenings/nights and weekend differentials. Part- and full-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN with a current license in Pennsylvania.
• At least 1 year experience in geriatric nursing; LTC a plus.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Warm, friendly, caring manner on first impression.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff and visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilités

• Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on your shift.
• Administer direct care as necessary.
• Give and receive shift reports.
• Round and assure proper care in a safe, clean environment.
• Keep physicians and families informed of changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain residents' dignity and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.
• Respond to resident emergency calls.
• Interface with other disciplines to ensure continuity of care.
• Accompany physicians on rounds.
• Encourage restorative care to maximize independence.

Position:Registered Nurse(RN) for Skilled Nursing

Full time and part-time openings!

Salary Range: $40-45/hr plus differential Shift Differential: $4/hr. for Weekday Evenings and Nights, and $6/hr. for all weekend shifts!

Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)is responsible for the overall nursing care/service, and management of all personnel on his/her shift, including the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls, as indicated.

• Give and receive shift reports.
• Round and assure that proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
• Keep physicians and families aware of changes in resident’s condition.
• Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each resident
• Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
• Interface with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services.
• Accompanies physicians when making rounds.
• Encourage restorative care in order to obtain maximum resident independence
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.RN with a current license in Pennsylvania.
• At least 1 year experience in geriatric nursing Long Term Care (LTC) a plus.
• Supervisory experience required.
