Our client is a hospital located in Cleveland, Ohio and is currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN) to join our care team. As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for delivering quality nursing care to patients with a focus on assessment, health education, disease prevention and as well as early intervention and support for chronic health conditions. RN participated in a team-centered care in the community within the facility and in the promotion of continuing, family-centered care in the community.
Job Duties
- Provides direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2&3 care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols.
- Priority nursing care, recognizes deterioration in patient’s condition and escalates to the senior nursing team /clinicians immediately.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

- Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing or (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required) or (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
- Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License Upon Hire (Required)
- Completed Step 1 Critical Care Competencies Course
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire (Required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
