• Administer medications and monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
• Conduct resident assessments and coordinate with the care team to update plans.
• Provide leadership within the clinical team and advocate for residents.

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse, RN license. Prior Registered Nurse, RN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at The Carlton by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents.
