Job summary

Ntmconline is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care for adults from 18 to geriatric in Charlotte, NC. The nurse will direct and supervise care during the shift, applying the nursing process to meet established standards.

You will supervise LPNs and CNAs, collaborate with physicians and other departments, and consider patient age in task performance. This role rewards teamwork, adaptability and a commitment to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (preferred).
• Demonstrates knowledge of the nursing process and patient care.
• Ability to supervise LPNs and CNAs on the unit.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of all patients ranging in age from 18 years to geriatric. He/she is also responsible for the overall direction and supervision of all patient care during his/her shift. Demonstrates the knowledge and skill to carry out the nursing process when providing care to patients. Satisfies the established standards of the nursing practice. Supervises and delegates patient care tasks to LPN, CNA and other patient care team members. Promotes teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments. As appropriate, takes into consideration the patients’ age in the performance of any task.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour
