EXECUTIVE HOME CARE of SOUTH CHARLOTTE, a new non-skilled home health agency, is looking to hire an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to help us build our operations from the ground up and provide exceptional care to clients in their homes.

The RN (Service Supervisor) will oversee client cases and lead a future staff of caregivers, in compliance with state regulations and laws. This role begins with few hours, remotely, allowing gradual involvement as we grow. We seek an RN who can assist in obtaining licensure and opening our doors!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a Registered Nurse in North Carolina for at least two years with an unencumbered license
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to assess patient needs
• Prior supervisory experience or confidence in leading support staff (CNA/HHA)
• Experience with older adults or interest in geriatrics preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently and remotely
• Adaptable and open to working within a growing startup environment

** Bonus: Background in home health, community health, or public health is a plus but not required. We welcome RN candidates from hospital, long-term care, or other clinical settings eager to explore this space.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Conduct initial client assessments and develop individualized Care Plans
• Provide ongoing case management, including 60-day in-home visits and 30-day check-in calls
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulations
• Promote safety, infection control, and quality standards
• Offer clinical support and guidance to caregivers in the field
• Respond to client issues or emergencies as needed
• Collaborate with agency leadership as we build and grow
