Ashton North LLC in Casper, WY is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our home health team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to seniors in their homes and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes.

The role requires an active Wyoming RN license, ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Mileage is reimbursed.

• Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans.
