Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Casper, WY home health team. This full-time role focuses on delivering compassionate in-home nursing care to seniors, with per diem shifts and flexible hours.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer treatments, and educate families while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team in the comfort of patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming RN license required.
• Minimum 0 years of experience in home health or related setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to seniors in their homes, assessing their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses
• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, assessments, and care plans

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Wyoming
