Job summary

Aviata Health Group in Brooksville, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled care team at 1445 Howell Ave. You will supervise care, collaborate with staff, and ensure resident safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinates resident care with facility personnel and follows policies.
• Supervises CNAs during shift, assigns work, and ensures standards are met.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Major Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and oversees patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follows established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants during shift including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
