Cape Cod Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift (11p to 7a) in Massachusetts. Eligible nurses earn $42 to $51 per hour, with daily pay, shift differentials, and a $12,000 sign-on bonus. The role focuses on delivering skilled care, monitoring residents, and following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with the physician's plan and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control, safety, and nursing regulation compliance.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN)

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
