Shepherd of the Hills Living Center, a premier long-term care provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being.
Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned
Prepare for and assist physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments
Reinforce, support, and provide healthcare instructions to patients and their families
Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and patient activities
Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
Record patient charts and maintain environmental conditions conducive to comfort and safety
Assist with unit management and assume charge of the unit as assigned
1 year of RN experience (preferred)
Current RN licensure required
