Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Aviata at Central Park in Brandon, Florida. The RN will ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents and support a family/team environment designed to foster growth and compassion.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and regulations.
• Follow facility policies and coordinate resident care with other personnel.
• Supervise CNAs during shift, assign work, manage performance, and train staff.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
