Job summary

Aviata at Fletcher in Tampa, FL, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise staff, oversee resident care, and ensure clinical excellence within a skilled nursing setting.

The RN will coordinate patient care, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, and ensure compliance with facility policies while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
