Job summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Aviata Health Group team at Oakfield in Brandon, FL. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, with shifts available 7a-7p for full-time and partial shifts.

Salary range is $40-$43 hourly with a comprehensive benefits package. We offer health insurance for the whole family, a bi-weekly $225 bonus, a 401k with match, and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred
• You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
