Shift Schedules

• Full‑time 6:00 am – 6:00 pm rotating weekends
• Full‑time 6:00 pm – 6:00 am rotating weekends
• Full‑time 6:00 pm – 6:00 am rotating weekends
• Full‑time 11:30 am – 7:30 pm shift rotating weekends (Admission Nurse)

Pay

$39 per hour plus $2 per hour differential for PM and night shift hours, 10% weekend differential.

Duties and Responsibilities

What you bring to the table:

• RN License in good standing in Illinois
• Long‑term Care experience (Preferred)
• Caring and compassionate nature
• Possess strong computer skills
• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
• Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately
• Carrying out all physicians orders accurately
• Ensures that the care of the residents from CNAs and nurses is delivered appropriately
