Health Here seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care across a full-continuum senior living campus in Bloomington, Illinois. The RN will assess resident health, monitor changes, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.

This position requires an active Illinois RN license, strong clinical assessment, and the ability to work some weekends and holidays.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus (eligible full-time)
• Hourly rates up to $45.00 (PRN and PIB rates)

Schedule Options Include

• Day shift (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• PRN on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
