Arcadia Care Kewanee is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-based setting. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and compensation of $40–$45 per hour.

The RN will conduct resident assessments, develop care plans with clinicians, coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS requirements. Full-time, part-time, or PRN options are available.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• LTC experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
