Registered Nurse (RN)

Skyline Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the long-term care unit at our beautiful skilled nursing facility. Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for long term care residents
• Administer medications/interventions as prescribed
• Offer emotional support and education about treatments and procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records and keep team informed of changes in patient status
• Comply to all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
• Observance of patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician
• Assist in the provision of emergency care

• Pay: $46.00/hour
• Schedule: Day shift or night shift

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing required
