Agape Care Group is seeking a registered nurse to evaluate patients and develop care plans while coordinating with patients, families, and the care team. You will lead the care team to ensure every patient receives thoughtful, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
