Job summary

Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients and develop care plans, communicating with patients, families, and the care team. You will lead the care team to ensure high-quality hospice care and participate in ongoing professional development.

Required: RN licensure with 2+ years in clinical care; hospice experience preferred. Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 80–100 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80‑100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.

Pay is determined by years of experience and location.
