Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Baltimore, MD is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. The RN will provide comprehensive resident care, implement physician plans, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and document activities in line with orders and facility policies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, adherence to infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Formación

• Current, active Maryland RN license is required.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

7:00am - 7:30pm Every Other Weekend

Per Diem Available for All Shifts

$37-$46/hour (all inclusive)
