Job summary

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide resident care in a 120-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, with the Nurse Manager-guided plan and collaboration with clinical teams.

The position offers shift options, per diem for all shifts, and an attractive hourly rate of $37–$46, including benefits such as daily pay, tuition reimbursement, and life insurance support.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.
