Job summary

Rolling Green Village, located in Nevada, Iowa, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. As a staff nurse you will supervise clinical staff on your unit, support infection prevention practices, and help maintain a high standard of resident care.

Candidates should hold an unencumbered Iowa RN license (compact state eligible) and have interest in ongoing education and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Iowa RN license or compact state eligibility.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.
• Ability to supervise and educate clinical staff on unit.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned unit and ensure high standards of resident care.
• Supervise activities of all clinical staff on the unit and provide guidance.
• Support infection prevention practices and maintain adequate staffing.
• Foster a positive and inclusive facility culture.

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Rolling Green Village by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
