Responsibilities

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Maple Manor Village by supervising the activities of all clinical staff, providing guidance and education, promoting a positive and inclusive facility culture, enforcing infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing for resident needs.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
