• Attention to detail and organizational skills - Reviewing medical documents across multiple programs.
• Advanced Computer Skills - Proficiency in various software tools and platforms for data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills and Certifications

• State of Michigan RN License, Associates or higher.
• Certification in Case Management or Utilization Review - experience in the review process for post-acute care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facilities, Long Term Acute Care, and Home Health Care.
• Time Management Skills - Ability to manage multiple reviews and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with multiple monitors, with a minimum WPM of 45-50.
