The RN utilizes the nursing process through technology, therapeutic intervention, evidence‑based practice, and coordination of care with the health team.
The Resource Pool (Float Pool) is ideal for RNs who enjoy variety, thrive in dynamic environments, and are passionate about providing exceptional patient care across multiple units within a trusted community hospital. As a Resource Pool RN, you will maintain safe staffing and high‑quality care by floating to areas of greatest need. You will support coverage across days, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring continuity of care. You will receive a 10% float differential for your flexibility and skill, and will initially start in the Medical‑Surgical Resource Pool with opportunities for cross‑training into specialty departments.
Full‑time Resource Pool positions available. Full coverage includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Opportunity for skill advancement and specialty cross‑training over time.
Hourly rate: $38.37 - $56.17 (dependent upon experience). Note: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required as of the job description's last update on 4/27/2025. Employees hired or promoted prior to this date will be held to the minimum requirements that were in place at the time of their promotion or hire.
