Cohort begins July 2025. Our 12-month, comprehensive transition-to-practice program facilitates your progression from student to professional nurse through education, mentorship, and peer support. It prepares new graduate nurses with the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to improve quality and safety at the point of care. The program includes precepted orientation led by dedicated preceptors and blended learning experiences.
