Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a relief Registered Nurse for a community health center in Yakima, WA. You will provide direct patient care, document in the EMR, perform phone triage, assist with procedures, and educate patients.

Collaborative care planning and referrals will be part of your daily workflow. Qualifications include WA RN license or eligibility via NLC, BCLS within 90 days, and preferred bilingual English/Spanish; pediatric and women’s health training is a plus.
