Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation-focused team. You will provide individualized, high-quality patient care, guide patients through their recovery, and collaborate with therapists and physicians to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff and support them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
