Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute, a proud member of Lifepoint Health, is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital serving the Gainesville community. A Part Time - Day Shift RN role offers opportunities to deliver patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team in a high-quality setting.

You will perform assessments, interventions, and documentation, while supporting a collaborative care plan and continuous quality improvement within a compassionate work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current state RN license is required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.

Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Institute is a state-of-the‑art, 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital designed to support patients through recovery with advanced equipment and specialized care environments. Our collaborative, multidisciplinary team fosters a supportive culture focused on patient outcomes, professional growth, and work-life balance.

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, brain or spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions.

How You'll Contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong clinical foundation and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Additional Requirements Include

• Current state RN license


• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school


• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire


• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire


• One year of experience preferred
