Henry Ford Health, based in Detroit, MI, seeks a Midnight shift nurse to lead coordination and delivery of quality patient care on a 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. The role involves applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, while supervising and educating patients and families.
Required are graduation from an accredited nursing program, Michigan RN licensure, and strong communication with patients, families, and hospital staff. BSN preferred.

Shift: Midnights
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
36 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. This unit has a variety of patients (stroke, motor vehicle accidents, transplants) that require hospital-level care in conjunction with intensive rehabilitation by a team that consist of nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech.
