Job summary

Csmedicalpro is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift in Dallas, TX at a rehab facility serving geriatric, adult and pediatric patients recovering from strokes, amputations and major surgeries.

The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team. EHR experience with Cerner and Epic is preferred, with nights hours from 6:45pm to 7:15am.

Qualifications

• Associate or BSN in nursing required.
• 2 years RN experience preferred.
• Active RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

We are hiring Registered Nurses- RN's to work Night shift at a Rehab Facility in Dallas TX! The patient population is geriatric, adult and pediatric recovering from strokes, amputations and major surgeries.

• Number of Beds: 50
• Patient Ratios:1:7
• Equipment: IV pumps, EKG machine, Bari bed, med dispense
• EHR: Cerner, Epic

Requirements

Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 2 years of experience as a RN RN License BLS
