Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Rehabilitation Center. This full-time position offers 5x8 shifts with every other weekend.

Pay is $47 per hour, paid weekly. Benefits become available after 90 days of employment. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, coordinate care, and document in EMR.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the United States.
• Experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments and update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to support recovery goals.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and medications.
• Document care in the EMR accurately.
• Facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Supervise LPNs and nursing assistants while upholding safety standards.

Job description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Registered Nurse- Rehabilitation Center. This will be full time.

Pay Rate: $47.00 an hour paid weekly

Shifts Available: Full Time - 5x8 hour shifts per week, includes every other weekend - can choose which shift is preferred - times listed below 6:45am-3:15pm (1st shift) 3pm-11pm (2nd shift) 11pm-7am (3rd shift)

Benefits: available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Key Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments, monitor changes in condition, and update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery goals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and care needs.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Communicate changes in patient status and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
• Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants while maintaining quality and safety standards.
