Canterbury Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team in Virginia. The RN delivers skilled clinical care, monitors resident conditions, and ensures care plans are followed with meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in Virginia.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician’s plan and written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per orders, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and nursing regulations.
