Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of New England at Beverly is seeking a Registered Nurse dedicated to patient-centered rehabilitation care. You will assess, plan, and supervise treatments, collaborating across departments to support each patient’s unique recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
